Not to much is known about Sarek. He becme Ambassador in 2210 or so. He was married to T'Rhea in 2219 and they had one child named Sybok . Sarek did not know of him until many years later, after T'Rhea's death.
Sarek met Amanda Grayson in February 2229 and they were married in September of that year. Two years later, they had a child, Spock.
Sarek nearly died while on a diplomatic mission to Babel, but Spock saved his life. Sarek did die in 2366, of a disease that only effects Vulcans (Unification).
